As YWAM Les Cayes grows, more things need to be built and fixed. Josh has become the maintenance director for the base. Anytime something breaks or needs to be serviced or built, that is Josh's job. This is what he spends most of his time during the day doing. And then he focuses on ministries in the evenings. He gets the privilege to work with many different young men, teaching hard work and integrity, and how to do things the right way. As the base grows, they are trying to grow in agriculture as well, to provide food and keep down the cost of the base. So as part of the maintenance department, Josh works a lot with the few animals and crops that are growing.
